Agrim Agarwal Foundation conducted an engaging and activity-driven session on “Balancing Study Time &
Play Time” for the children of Angel Express.
The session focused on helping children understand the importance of maintaining a healthy balance
between academics and recreation. Through interactive games, group activities, and guided discussions,
children actively participated with enthusiasm and high energy throughout the session.
The activities were designed to make learning enjoyable while reinforcing key concepts such as time
management, focus, teamwork, and the value of play in overall development. The lively involvement of
the children reflected how effectively the message was communicated and absorbed.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation also conducted a crucial awareness session on “Good Touch & Bad Touch” for
the children of Angel Express, aimed at empowering them with knowledge about personal safety and
boundaries.
The session was highly interactive, using age-appropriate activities, role-based interactions, and
simple explanations to help children clearly understand the difference between safe and unsafe touch.
Special emphasis was placed on helping children remember what they learned and encouraging them to
speak up without fear.
By creating a safe, open, and engaging environment, the session ensured that children felt comfortable
asking questions and expressing themselves, making the learning experience both impactful and
memorable.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation partnered with Rotary Club of Western Elite and Bombay Hospital as the Mental
Health Partner for the Mega Medical Camp.
Our team conducted awareness sessions for Maharashtra Police personnel, led interactive discussions,
and carried out on-ground mental health surveys to encourage open conversations around emotional
well-being.
The sessions were led by Dr. Unnati Lohade and Ms. Sangita Agarwal, with dedicated counselling support
from Dr. Unnati Lohade, Dr. Kavita Sony, and Ms. Priyanka Kapoor—ensuring every participant received
meaningful guidance.
This collaboration reflects our commitment to making mental health support accessible, empathetic, and
community-driven.
The Interact Club under Youth Service II organized a Career Guidance and Counseling session on 11th
August 2025 at M. M. Pupils Own High School.
The session was conducted by Ms. Renu Panjanani, Psychologist and Career Counsellor, who guided
students on choosing the right career path after Grade 10. She explained the various streams
available, entrance examinations for different courses, and vocational options like MCVC for students
seeking skill-based learning.
Students actively participated in the Q&A session, raising queries about diverse career options such
as the Armed Forces, Cabin Crew, Scientist, and Merchant Navy. Ms. Renu also offered continued
personal guidance to interested students.
Directed by Rtn. Bijal Merchant and chaired by Rtn. Ann Dr. Urvi Kothari, the session benefitted 90
students from Classes 8 to 10 and was supported by Rtn. Sangita Agarwal
The Interact Club conducted an Active Listening session on 11th August 2025 at KES SSC English Medium
School, led by Mr. Arun Chitalangia. Through fun and interactive activities, students learned the
difference between hearing and listening, and techniques to improve focus.
Directed by Rtn. Bijal Merchant and chaired by Rtn. Ann Dr. Urvi Kothari, the session benefitted 80
students from Classes 6 to 8, with support from Rtn. Sangita Agarwal
Through two interactive sessions, we connected with 170 students from Classes 1 to 10 of Khar
Education Society, creating a safe space for learning and conversation.
With the younger group (Classes 1 to 5), we focused on good touch and bad touch, helping children
understand boundaries and encouraging them to speak up.
For the older students (Classes 6 to 10), we discussed the PoCSO Act, addressing different forms of
sexual offences such as harassment and assault, and ways to stay safe and informed.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make these sessions possible. Together, we’re taking
important steps toward awareness and protection for every child.
At Cascade 30, we connected with over 500 young adults across two days of direct interaction. The
event gave us an opportunity to spread awareness, listen, and engage in meaningful conversations.

From general health check-ups to mental health support, the camp was designed to offer preventive care, early diagnosis, and wellness guidance to those who serve and protect us daily. This camp marks a small but meaningful step in acknowledging and supporting the wellness needs of our frontline heroes. At Agrim Agarwal Foundation, we remain committed to fostering health, resilience, and dignity across all communities—especially those often overlooked.We salute the spirit of the Mumbai Railway Police and will continue working towards their well-being.

Today, a meaningful workshop was conducted by Zeenat Jahan for 150 students from Grades 5, 6, and 7 at Adarsh Nagar MPS English School. The session focused on helping students understand and manage stress and peer pressure during examinations through engaging activities and practical tools. The interactive format encouraged open dialogue and emotional awareness among young learners.
As mental health partners, Agrim Agarwal Foundation attended Cascade 29 at the Jamnabai Narsee School on 10th and 11th August 2024. It was an interactive event with a lot of students attending from different schools and gaining new perspectives.
The Agrim Agarwal Foundation was present at the CFBP's Holistic Health Summit 2.0 on August 10, 2024, at the Taj Lands End, Bandra. It was a joint event by CFBP in association with Dr. Sameera of Spirit 360. Some of the topics covered included nutrition, physical fitness, and mental health. The event was also graced by some renowned journalists from CNBC, PTI, Bombay Times, Zee News, NewsHub Live, Perfect Women Magazine, and many more.
Workshop organised for students on digital addiction covering gaming addiction, social media addiction, and the rising problem of increased screen time among children. A total of 30 students participated in the interactive workshop. The workshop was hosted by Mrs. Simran.
The Agrim Agarwal Foundation and the Rotary Club of Bombay Airport collaborated to host an engaging discussion on youth mental wellness. The session was held on 13th July 2024 at the BPM School in Khar West. The participants included a total of 86 students from class 10th. The event was hosted by the speaker, Mr. Arun Chitlangia, and dealt with several topics like stress management, anger management, discussions on the future plans, and the effects of negative and positive thoughts in our lives.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation was part of the Rotary Mega Medical Camp (Multi-Diagnostic), held on 7th July 2024, Sunday in Mumbai. Our stall was specially organised to give importance to mental health through mental stress management. A great initiative towards the health management of the people. The event included partners like Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, the Rotary Club of Mumbai (Western Elites), and Bhagwati Ferro Metal.
A memorable achievement and win for the Agrim Agarwal Foundation! Our founder, Mrs. Sangita Agarwal, won the award “For Being The Change Making Entrepreneur!” at the ATC Awards 2024. We hope to continue to follow in her footsteps and bring change in our society as we tackle the stereotypes and taboos surrounding mental health in India.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, there was an amazing session on stress management for women with Dr. Unnati Lohade as the host. The event was held on March 8, 2024, at the YMCA, Andheri West, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The session explored the different stressors women face on a daily basis and how they can manage them better and in a healthy way.
A webinar on stress management was conducted for the Philippines team of Datamatics with Riddhi Doshi Patel, a child psychologist and parenting counsellor. The webinar included interactive activities to help the team understand and learn how to manage stress in healthier ways.
A training programme facilitated by us for the Philippines team of Datamatics on February 19th and 21st, 2024. The webinar was titled “Engaging People Leadership and Team Dynamics: Cultivating Trust and Communication'' and was hosted by Esther Indurkar, an NLP Master trainer and CBT therapist as well as a motivational trainer. The webinar was focused on training the teams for better internal dynamics and mental wellness of the teams and leaders.
A session on sound therapy was conducted on 17th February, 2024, and was facilitated by Tejal Karia, a psychologist and therapist. The session included the use of professional sound instruments that help people calm their mind and create a balance between the mind and the body.
An interactive workshop on mental wellness was held by Dr. Sukhmeet Kalsi for the students of the NSM School in Vile Parle (East), Mumbai, on December 21, 2023. The event took place in the presence of 112 students. The session consisted of activities for better student engagement and understanding.
An awareness session was held at Billabong High School in association with the Rotary Club of Juhu and the Rotary Club for Addiction Prevention. The session was delivered by psychologist Harsh Pandya to discuss and understand the challenges regarding sex education among the students.
A workshop between teachers of Nagrik Satta School in association with the Raichel Joseph Foundation was held on 16th August 2023. The session was conducted by Dr. Unnati Lohade, and 28 teachers took part in the programme to foster a relationship between themselves and the students by helping them understand ways to handle pressure, tension, and anxiety.
A JNAA Cascade initiative, Aashayein, is an inter-school festival for all the children from less privileged schools in Mumbai. The event took place on July 23rd, 2023. The objective of the event was to spread smiles among the children and showcase their talents while allowing them to express themselves.
Event was organised with Rotary Club of Addiction Prevention covering the topic of Digital Addiction and Cyber Security. The event was conducted by National Award winning Counsellor, motivational trainer and corporate trainer Dr. Anil Garg. It was attended by around 100 college going youth.
Insightful group therapy session conducted at Wadala Slum in collaboration with Rotary Club of Addiction Prevention. Session was conducted by Mansi ma'am. First session for the same camp was on 27th of Aug. Providing alternative solution, counselling and motivation to bring the youth towards giving up their substance addiction.
We conducted a special session for the staff and teachers of Maneckji Cooper Education Trust - Juhu. Topic was stress Management and was conducted by Mrs. Unnati Lohade. The event was extremely interactive and presented with a solution for the staff to improve their performance, morale and overall positive outlook.
A webinar was conducted by Mr. Arun Chitlangia, a veteran master trainer for the students and staff of the education department of Sahu Ramswaroop Mahila Mahavidyalaya from M. J. P. Rohilkand University. The topic for the session was Presentation Skills and Public Speaking. The session was both a presentation with a QnA, filled with lots of examples, discussions and confidence building measures. The event was attended by close to 100 members at its peak.
On 4th Of August, Agrim Agarwal Foundation participated in De-addiction and Cancer Screening Camp organised by Rotary Club of Addiction Prevention. The event took place at Lower Parel. The event was meant for Sanitation Department workers of the BMC. We conducted counselling there for multiple participants, to help support their de-addiction process and provide them help and exercises for mental wellness as they operate under extremely stressful conditions.
The event was held as a part of a bigger initiative for 'World Anti-Drug Abuse Day', held this year on June 26th, 2022 (a Sunday). As a result, we conducted a seminar in two batches with a total of 128 students on the topic of anti-substance abuse awareness on June 25th, 2022. The sessions were conducted by Dr. Sujata Nair. We would like to thank Mrs. Vandana Hiranandani for helping us arrange this event. The event was conducted at Nagrik Satta School, Vile Parle, in association with RJF (Raichel Joseph Foundation).
Agrim Agarwal Foundation in association with SHIVAA NGO carried out an awareness activity at Balkrishna Yadav Patil Vidyalaya, Asanas, Wada, Palghar. The session was conducted by Ms. Zeenat Jahan on the topic of 'Mental Wellness & Anti Substance Abuse'.During this activity we educated boys from the academic section of 8th, 9th and 10th grade students,118 in total.
We conducted a mental wellness seminar & activity for kids from underprivileged society. The topic was " How to cope up with Mental Health in post Covid World'. The session was held on 25th June 2022 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm in association with Asha Kiran Charitable Trust & Good Deeds Foundation. The seminar was conducted by Ms. Shahina Shaikh. There were over 100 kids. Session included an interactive seminar and group building activity.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation, in association with SHIVAA NGO, did an awareness activity at Kailasvasi Digambarao Padvi Primary & Secondary Ashram School, Ambiste, Wada Palghar. The school has students from extremely low-income households and orphans. The session was conducted by Ms. Zeenat Jahan on the topic of "Mental Wellness & Anti Substance Abuse". In this activity, we educated boys and girls from the academic section of 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students, 120 in total.
A webinar was organised along with Geolife Youth Club & Agrim Agarwal Foundation on the topic of "Mental Wellbeing & Right Mindset". The session was conducted by Dr. Sukhmeet Kalsi with the members of Geolife Youth Club and Geolife Group Companies. The interactive seminar highlighted ways and techniques to combat stress, target setting and various ways to achieve. This was long with Q & A that answered a lot questions towards personal development.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation along with Shivaa NGO, organised in Wada, Palghar a SWOT analysis for alcoholism and mental wellness amongst the local tribal communities. The session was conducted Ms. Zeenat Jahan. This was in two groups. This is an initial activity towards helping the locals with alcohol abuse issues to fight the abuse and make a better future.
Keeping in mind the holistic approach, Agrim Agarwal Foundation participated and curated an event, conducting various activities with kids and parents. The event was conducted in association with Gandhi Shikshan Bhavan, Juhu Mumbai. Here kids learnt about gratitude through story telling, good touch bad touch, group activities, etc. There was also a special session kept for parents to see signs of abuse and were provided with information on PoCSO ACT. We would like to thank Ms. Sweety Bandi, Ms. Mridul Kedia & Devjani Arekar for coming out to support us with their skill and knowledge.
With exams just round the corner, students of all ages are feeling the pressure which in turn is affecting their mental wellness as well. We decided to help them cope with an interactive session with Ms Zeenat Jahan. The session held on 28th of February, 2022 helped ease their stress as well as gave them a few coping techniques to deal with all the pressure. Special thanks to Ms Anu Mehra from Geet for helping us put this together.
An informative lecture about breaking the mental barrier had our audience captivated at our recent event with WSD india held on 22nd February 2022. The kids learnt through both lectures and interaction the way to behave with street dogs, fear alleviation session, handling and how pet therapy is beneficial to help deal with mental stress and certain mental issues.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation in association with Zeenat Jahan (psychologist
and a life coach) completed a highly interactive session with girls from Sahu Ramswaroop Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya located in Bareilly U.P on 29th Jan 2022. The Topic was importance of mental wellness in
personal and professional life. The event was fully booked with 100 participants. Both students and
staff actively participated in the event and had their queries answered. Also, a presentation on
helping techniques was shown to the participants.
Agrim Agarwal Foundation also offered to continue helping those who would like our services and have
offered to schedule one on one meeting.
