Sex Education
Sex education is a crucial life skill that promotes healthy relationships,
self-awareness, and respectful behavior across all age groups. It plays a key role
in both personal and professional spaces, helping individuals navigate boundaries,
prevent misunderstandings, and make informed choices.
At Agrim Agarwal Foundation, we offer one-on-one sessions, as well as corporate and
public seminars, tailored to different age groups and social settings — fostering a
more informed, respectful, and responsible society.
PoCSO
The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 is a legal
framework designed to safeguard children (under 18 years of age) from sexual
assault, harassment, and exploitation.
At Agrim Agarwal Foundation, we conduct awareness programs to educate children about
good touch vs. bad touch, and help them understand socially appropriate and
inappropriate behavior. These sessions aim to support the healthy physical,
emotional, intellectual, and social development of every child, empowering them to
recognize danger and seek help confidently.
PoSH
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)
Act, 2013, commonly known as the PoSH Act, was enacted to ensure safe and respectful
workplaces for women across India. Effective from December 9, 2013, the law mandates
employers to prevent, address, and resolve cases of sexual harassment at the
workplace.
At Agrim Agarwal Foundation, we conduct PoSH awareness sessions focused on
prevention, prohibition, and redressal, empowering organizations to foster a secure,
inclusive, and compliant work environment for all employees.
